A co-founder of and investor in NetBit, Wendy Bernero brings her deep knowledge of the legal marketplace and intimate knowledge of large law firms efforts to drive revenue. She has served as a senior strategic consultant to law firms in the US, and was CMO and Chief Strategy Officer for five AMLAW 100 firms. She is a pioneer in the US law firm sector, becoming one of the first Chief Strategy Officers in a law firm. A regular presenter at legal industry conferences, Wendy is co-author of Optimizing Practice Management: Driving Profitability and Market Position, published by ARK Group (2015), In recognition of her contributions to the legal profession, Wendy was inducted into the College of Law Practice Management in 2014 and the International Legal Marketing Association Hall of Fame in 2012.

A co-founder of and investor in NetBit, and leader of the development team, Karen Kahn has a doctorate in Clinical Psychology and is a strategic business development coach exclusively for lawyers from the largest US law firms. NetBit is based on her proven coaching methodology, described in her book, “Daunting to Doable.” Karen is the Founder and Managing Partner of Threshold Advisors, LLC, and for 15 years has been recognized as an innovative “thought partner” for individual lawyers and law firms. She is a noted speaker for professional legal associations and was bestowed an award for her contributions to women lawyers by the National Association of Women Lawyers. Karen earned her doctoral degree in psychology from the University of Virginia, followed by an internship at The Ohio State University. She received her B.A. with honors from Trinity College in Connecticut.

A member of the development team, Victoria Arnold is a strategic consultant and an executive coach to law firms. She has more than 25 years of experience in the legal industry and has served in senior leadership roles at a number of prominent U.S. law firms. She previously served as Vice President of Corporate and International Marketing at the international consulting firm, Arthur D. Little, where she played a key role in bridging practices, lines of business, and geographies to grow global client relationships.
